Insta Cut #15 is a silicone free polishing cleaner with ample buffing time remove ultra fine scratches or hairline cracks. Excellent on clear coat finishes and a perfect product to remove swirls in paint. Instacut #15 is an excellent second step after buffing with Insta Cut #1 or Insta Cut #2.
